Company Terms & Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Ghana Cargo Management System. By using this system, you agree to be bound by these terms. 2. CARGO HANDLING All cargo must be properly documented with accurate weight, dimensions, and contents. Ghana Customs requirements must be met for all shipments. 3. PAYMENT TERMS Payments are to be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise specified. Late payments will incur a fee of 2% per month. 4. LIABILITY Our liability is limited to the value declared in the shipping documents, not to exceed GHS 50,000 per shipment. 5. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ghanaian courts.

1. DATA COLLECTION We collect information necessary for cargo management, including personal and business information. 2. DATA USAGE Your data is used to process shipments, payments, and to comply with Ghanaian customs and tax regulations. 3. DATA PROTECTION We implement appropriate security measures in compliance with Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843).
